GROUP FITNESS
Our group fitness sessions go beyond just working out. They're about building strength, confidence, and resilience together. Our sessions combine high energy training with mental and emotional empowerment, helping develop both physical and mental toughness.
LIFE- COACHING
Sessions are available upon request to assist with symptom reduction, skill building, anger management, and cognitive behavior support. These sessions will provide personalized support and guidance, fostering emotional resilience and mental fortitude - alongside physical strength.
REDEEMED BY FITNESS was established to empower at-risk youth through fitness and socialization. We believe that with the right tools and support, any teen can become an asset to themselves, their family, and the community.
